HOW IT WORKS ...
SPECIFICATION
Work with one of our consultants and talk through: your resources (e.g. clients, order / tests, rooms / labs / workspaces, staff, equipment, statuses. etc.) and set against your processes and agree all required fields.
BUILD
One of our consultants will then configure and build out your planner: views, filters, rules and dashboards, etc.
Plus basic user rights and access.
ITERATION
We then work through this with you, and your team, to refine your planner, ready for installation.
When all is ready, we provide your licences and you are ready for training.
TRAINING AND 'GO LIVE'
Finally, we will install your server space and set up your licences in readiness for your training. Sessions are typically recorded so you can share and watch them back later.
